No Refund – Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable.
All payments will be considered final, whether or not the course has been utilized.
Users are advised to carefully read all course details, syllabus, duration, and other relevant information before making a payment.
In rare and exceptional situations (such as double payment due to technical error or accidental selection of the wrong course), refund requests may be considered by the institution. However:
A written request must be submitted.
The request should be made within 3 working days of the transaction.
Approval of refund is solely at the discretion of the institution.
All payments are accepted online only (e.g., UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, QR Code, etc.).
We do not accept cash payments or payments made through unauthorized channels.
Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days to process.
Refunds will be made to the same account from which the original payment was received.
No refunds will be issued for fraudulent transactions, false claims, or misleading information.
The institution reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.
