4. Working Hours

  • Duty Time: 8 hours per day (Full-time)

  • The shift timings will be scheduled as per company requirements.

5. Job Objective

The primary objective of the Computer Operator is to ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, data management, and digital records within the company. By managing documentation, reports, and communication effectively, the Computer Operator will support the administration and help the management in day-to-day business operations.

6. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily data entry and keep company records updated.

  • Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the internet to prepare required reports.

  • Handle company documents, billing, invoices, and other administrative tasks.

  • Manage and respond to emails professionally.

  • Operate printers, scanners, and other office equipment.

  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by management.

  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all computer data.

  • Archive records systematically and maintain older data safely.

  • Assist with customer or visitor-related data management.

  • Provide support to different departments for any computer-related work.

7. Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Intermediate).

  • Graduation or a diploma/certificate in computer-related fields will be preferred.

  • Good typing speed and accuracy in data entry.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of using the internet and email effectively.

  • Prior experience in data entry or computer operations is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.

8. Experience

  • Freshers can apply.

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data entry, office work, or computer operation will be given preference.
